What does PBR stand for?
PBR stands for Plant Breeders Rights. ​
If a new plant variety is developed, it can be protected with new plant breeders rights (PBR).
A PBR gives exclusive commercial rights over a new variety. This includes all plants such as trees, flowers, foliage, shrubs vines as well as algae and fungi.
